Spackle Primer Eyeshadow Tahan Air

I’ve been testing this primer for two weeks now, and my eyeshadow still looks freshly applied at 9pm after a full day at work—zero creasing, even on my oily lids. It also makes even my dullest matte shades pop with color instead of looking washed out. This is my new go-to.
